Neal Hoogenboom is a Dive Instructor, Rebreather Diver and 100 Master Ton USCG Captain. After attending UC Davis for Wildlife, Fish and Conservation Biology and History he relocated from to Kailua-Kona, Hawai’i in 2009 to pursue a life on the water and in the mountains. Neal spent more than a decade diving the Kona coast with Dive Operators and State agencies. Passionate about fish, photography, black coral, technical diving, and his dog he hopes to utilize his expertise to assist Hawai’i’s communities in conserving their unique ecosystems.
