Alex graduated from the University of the Virgin Islands in May 2024 with a Masters degree in Marine and Environmental Science. Her past work focused on evaluating coral restoration techniques for efficacy, and on coral sexual reproduction. Alex is joining the Asner lab marine operations as a scientific diver and also as a nursery technician to assist with coral spawning and in vitro fertilization.
